For the last 9 years, we've worked with our local community, our design and engineering team, and The City of Bremerton to help realize a vision for a centrally located, pedestrian oriented, music inspired space honoring the legacy of Mr. Quincy Jones, who discovered his passion for music in Bremerton, WA. With construction set to break ground Summer 2024, we can't wait for you to experience this gathering space with us.

Port of Waterman dock
grant project
Client: Port of Waterman
Location: Port Orchard, WA

Collaborators: Suquamish Tribe, Port of Waterman, Grant Solutions, Public Agencies, Community Input
This community effort grant project included fishing pier access, sea wall renovation, and ADA fishing and squidding access. A rotting wood dock was replaced with long-lasting, low-maintenance, light-penetrating, and wildlife-friendly grating, a safety railing and aluminum benches, improved fish passage, night lighting for squidding, and safe pedestrian beach access for the local community and users of the Kitsap Water Trails and Mosquito Fleet Trail.
Rockwell Park
Client: City of Port Orchard

Rockwell Park, built for the City of Port Orchard, is located on the waterfront of Sinclair Inlet. Rockwell Park emphasizes green open space, connects to an existing playground and a pedestrian/bicycle pathway, and provides seating that optimizes the water and mountain vistas. The space converts 60 parking spots into an inviting place for gathering and relaxing as well as outdoor markets, concerts, and public events. Even with its small pocket footprint, the Park has many amenities including ADA accessibility to the beach; terraced seat walls; picnic areas; viewing areas; a sandy beach, and a launching area for small boats and kayaks.
Marvin Williams Recreation Center
Location: Bremerton, WA
Year Built: 2017
Collaborators: McLellan Architects, NL Olson and Associates
This xeriscape planting plan meets LEED Silver and Sustainable District requirements and Green Road standards along 8th Street and includes planted bioretention cells in the right of way. A terraced entry courtyard creates a warm public space for users that can accommodate a range of events and daily activities. The landscape provides a friendly and lush backdrop for this neighborhood social hub.
Boys & Girls Club Teen Center
Location: Bremerton, WA
Year Built: 2013

The Boys and Girls Club Teen Center in Bremerton, WA was built as part of a Youth Wellness Campus in partnership with the City of Bremerton and the Bremerton School District. The center provides teens with support in achieving academic success, healthy lifestyles, sports excellence, and leadership skills. The design of this site supports the goals of the teen center, providing gathering spaces and flexible sports fields, as well as an educational opportunity to learn about native plant species and bio-retention as stormwater is filtered naturally on-site.
